People I Didn’t Know I Needed

Hi cuties! I’m back with another blog post, and this one is purely an appreciation post for my friends. I honestly don’t know where to start, but I’ve never really had great friendships during my school years. So I didn’t truly understand what a good friendship felt like until 11th grade. After that, I found some of the best people I now get to call my friends, and I feel incredibly lucky to have them in my life. I have this one friend , and we actually hated each other in school. But after we left school, we realised we were in the same boat and could have easily been best friends back then. Better late than never, I guess, because now she is my best friend. I’ve known her for almost 10 years, so she’s not just a friend, she’s family. And I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve lost my guest privilege at her house, and she’s lost hers in my life. With her, I say the most cancellable things. She judges me, but then says something even more cancellable, and we both laugh like idiots. Tha...

Can We Not Make It Dramatic?

Hey cuties,

I am back with another blog, and I wish you a Happy New Year. With the New Year comes the pressure to be the "new me," but what if we keep it chill and simple? Before January starts, the internet fills up with resolutions and personality changes. Once January starts, there is this pressure to turn life into a Blockbuster movie—big goals, big changes, big resolutions, etc. But what if we took the low-key route and did not make New Year's so melodramatic?

Taking good things from the past year and making tiny tweaks here and there, like drinking more water, because let's be real, dehydration is the real enemy. Maybe you learn to say “no” without guilt. Maybe you just stop caring about overthinking every little thing—and wow, what a win! These little shifts matter.

So here’s to 2025: same me, just vibing a little smarter. No dramatic overhauls, no wild resolutions, and absolutely no pressure to have it all figured out. Just small shifts, good vibes, and lots of water. Oh, and maybe a little extra sleep—because let’s be honest, we’re all tired.

Thank you for reading and cheers to a chill reset and an even chiller year ahead.
